The Path Journal was written with a single purpose in mind - to help people move from fear-based religion into a life rooted in Love. To support this, it serves as both a guide and a companion. Over thirty-two days, the reader is invited to engage with readings from The Book of Liberty and reflect on their beliefs, becoming more aware of how religion has shaped their life, and how faith can be oriented toward Love and Peace.
The journal also creates space to explore and understand one’s personal story, particularly in relation to identity. At its heart is a simple question: if God/the Holy is unconditionally loving and welcomes me as I am, who does this loving reality see me as?
The journal can be worked through individually or alongside others. It is hoped that, having experienced it yourself, you may feel led to share it with another and accompany them as they begin their own journey of self-discovery - a reflection of loving God and loving our neighbour.
As I began the process of healing, I noticed my dream life shifting. This led me to explore it more deeply and to teach others how to do the same, which in turn led me to write a dream journal.
