Cleanse yourself of sin in the presence of God/the Holy.

[Sin is anything that creates dis-ease and dis-order.]

Lift out of your body everything you are carrying from things you have said and done, 

and others have said and done to you.

Forgiveness is freedom.

To forgive is to free others and yourself.

Release everything into the presence of God/the Holy.

Nothing can separate you from the Love of God/the Holy.

Let this Love permeate your whole being.

Remind yourself that this Love permeates all lives, 

even those you consider to be your enemies.

Carry no sin with you.

Put everything down.

Leave it alone.

Don’t touch it again!

Go forward in the love, joy, peace, and freedom of God/the Holy.
