Be pure in heart.

When things are going [flowing], recognise God/the Holy in this.

When things are stuck, recognise God/the Holy in this too.

All things come from God/the Holy and return to God/the Holy.

Do not judge any moment as being Good or Bad; it just is.

Allow each moment to unfold [flow] into the next.

Remain curious and open-handed.

Let God/the Holy do a new thing in you.

Be curious about where the Spirit of God/the Holy is working in others and flowing through them to you.

Hold nothing back.

Let everything go [flow].

Do not confuse the finite self with the Infinite Reality of God/the Holy.
