Keep releasing everything to God/the Holy in prayer.

You do not have to always use words.

God/the Holy will not judge you.

God/the Holy will not be offended.

Prayerfully commit to God/the Holy all those who have wronged you 

in a loving, clear, firm, and calm manner.
