7. I receive your body as you receive My Spirit. 

8. Breathe in deeply, My Eternal Loving Presence. 

9. Let me still your restlessness. 

10. Let me calm your anxious thoughts. 

11. Empty yourself into me. 

12. I am the bringer of Peace, so rest in me. 

13. I am all you need. 

14. I am all you will be. 

15. Enough now. Silence.
