1. I have breath, and I have life. 

2. When we breathe, life enters our body. 

3. Life fills our whole body. 

4. Our body expands when we breathe in the life-giving Spirit of God/the Holy. 

5. As our body expands, the Earth is filled with more of God/the Holy through us. 

6. Each breath enlarges our borders. 

7. We are filled with the breath of God/the Holy. This is the Breath of Life. 

8. God/the Holy created us to breathe in this life. 

9. God/the Holy gave us this life to flourish on the world’s stage. 

10. We are exactly who God/the Holy made us to be. 

11. A body is still when breath is absent. 

12. Death is the absence of all breath and life. 

13. We are spiritually alive when we breathe in the Holy [other] life-and-love-giving Spirit of God/the Holy. 

14. With each new breath, we are being physically recreated anew. Cells die and are being replaced with new ones over and over. 

15. We are being reborn into this world again and again and again. 

16. We live many lifetimes. 

17. There is no Permanent One that exists in this world; in each moment, lives are being transformed. 

18. Thoughts change, bodies change, everything changes. 

19. With each new breath, we become something different and live our life again in a new way. 

20. Inhale the transforming Spirit of God/the Holy. 

21. Let God/the Holy move through you to shape and form your whole being in new ways. 

22. Be recreated in each moment in the Loving Image of God/the Holy. 

23. Let nothing hold you back. 

24. Keep breathing. Keep breathing.
