1. Then God/the Holy said, “If you are weary and heavy laden, then come to me and I will give you rest. 

2. Rest from your work. 

3. Rest from your anxious thoughts. 

4. Rest from overthinking, judgement, and shame. 

5. Come and know My Peace in your whole being. 

6. Let go and come. 

7. Take a moment to sit with me. Lie down if you want. There is enough shade for you from the heat of the sun. 

8. Let me wipe your brow. 

9. Let me bring you something cool to drink. 

10. I want to listen to you pouring out your joys, troubles, and concerns. 

11. Plumb the depths of your soul and speak to me. 

12. Tell me things you have never dared to speak in the presence of anyone else. 

13. I want to hear all this from you. Bring your whole self to me. 

14. Hold nothing back. 

15. Release everything. 

16. Pour yourself into me. 

17. Let me hold you in My Arms and embrace you. 

18. I feel such joy with you. 

19. I want to twirl you around like a dancer. My Amazing Partner, our footsteps in perfect alignment.
