3. These scars you carry in your body - visible and invisible - are deep wounds and memories of pain you have endured. 

4. They are signs of disconnection. 

5. They are reminders of disconnection. 

6. They keep you in a place of disconnection. 

7. They keep you connected to the pain, hurt, and trauma you have endured. 

8. Come sit with me and tell me the story of your life. 

9. Who hurt you that you hurt yourself? 

10. Who is keeping you away from them and why? 

11. What is keeping you locked up inside yourself? 

12. Have your thoughts become a prison? 

13. Day after day, I see you circling things that have been said and done to others, to yourself even. 

14. It is time to let go and be free.

22. Nothing said and done will ever take you away from My Unconditional Love. 

23. You have endured so much, My Child. 

24. No pain will ever take you away from My Love. 

25. You have been receiving My Love as you have been opening your life up to others. 

26. You have been experiencing My Love as you have been opening your life up to me. 

27. Let the light of My Unconditional Love shine into your heart and illuminate your whole being in a way that you have never known before. 

28. Allow yourself to be seen and heard in a new way. 

29. This is My Way.
