1. God/the Holy is Resurrection and Life. 

2. God/the Holy is on your side. 

3. The fight is over, and it is time to live in Peace. 

4. God/the Holy sees your artistry, creativity, strength, and bravery; your vulnerability, and your passion. 

5. God/the Holy sees all that you are and all that you can be. 

6. Put down your old life. 

7. Put down your old ways of living and thinking about yourself. 

8. We are invited to partake of Resurrection, the new Life. 

9. This is not resuscitation back to the former way of things, but our life reimagined as a new creation free of death, sorrow, crying, and pain. 

10. This is the new Way. 

11. Let go of the past. 

12. Put away anything that falsely defines your sense of self and limits your true potential. 

13. Let go of the old ways. 

14. Become reborn. 

15. Be Resurrection and Life in this world. 

16. Help others build up their lives in new ways: to see themselves anew. 

17. Be a life-giving presence to all. 

18. Let go. Release. Be free. 

19. Live free of fear. 

20. Face your fears and overcome them. Do this again and again in the name of Love. 

21. Drop your fists. 

22. Lay down your weapons. 

23. Take off the armour you have been wearing. 

24. Let your footsteps become light. 

25. Dance. Float. Fly. 

26. Allow your body to be lifted into the Love and light of God/the Holy. 

27. Let nothing hold you back. 

28. Nothing can hold you back. 

29. Fall into the loving embrace of God/the Holy, and rise again in the arms of each other.
