The Book of Liberty
Method: Seventeen
Be kind to people.
ALL people.
When you find yourself getting angry…
STOP!
Allow your emotions to settle by asking yourself:
“Is what I am about to say or do intended to hurt someone?”
If the answer is “Yes!” don’t say or do it.
Hold peace in your heart and commit to being a peacemaker.
Let your speech be impassioned and not spiteful or vindictive.
Do not add any more trouble to the world.
Stay connected to others with a commitment to peace.
Never use someone to make yourself feel better.
Let your words be few.
[It is better to remain silent than to speak in anger.]
Leave people better off than you find them.
Spread love, joy, peace, and freedom [not war].
