1. Now you have been given this gift of life, what is your gift being used for? 

2. How are you using this one precious gift of life you have been given? 

3. Many demands are made as to how we are meant to live our life. Does God/the Holy want this? 

4. The question begs: do these demands lead to more Love, Joy, Peace, and Freedom for ourselves and others?   

5. We are not the only ones who have been given this precious gift of life. 

6. All who are in the world with us have this same precious gift; we are to honour and respect this Truth. 

7. What is God/the Holy calling you to do? 

8. What is tugging at your heart? 

9. What won’t let you go? 

10. What story keeps coming back again and again and has remained consistent throughout your life? 

11. What patterns and themes have you noticed? 

12. Many seeds were sown early on in your life. 

13. Some of these have grown to be weeds; others are still growing and will bring incredible fruit into your life and the world. 

14. Wisdom and patience are needed to discern the difference, and God/the Holy will give you this in abundant measure if you ask. 

15. You are not alone on your journey. 

16. God/the Holy is with you, as are many others. 

17. Many watch over your life to help you live your best life. 

18. Family, friends, strangers, Guardian Angels, and those who have passed on from this world (companions from the spiritual realm) are all with you. 

19. You might not always know who your protectors are or even see them, but they are there - always. 

20. Many are watching out for you as you also watch out for others. 

21. This is why some turn to you. 

22. You are a place of refuge for them. 

23. They have seen the Light and Love of God/the Holy in you. 

24. They are drawn to you and through you, experience the Loving Presence of God/the Holy. 

25. What a beautiful gift to be in someone’s life this way. 

26. Treasure that gift. 

27. Honour the call to show others that they are not alone in the world. 

28. When we are called to make brave choices, we may feel and become very alone, but we’re not. 

29. We have many who are fiercely protective of us and who will not let our feet stumble. 

30. Continue boldly in your journey, trusting that when you lean into the Loving and Life-Gifting Presence of God/the Holy, you will live your best life. 

31. It might not look like the life you have been told it should look like, or the life you might have imagined ever living, but whatever God/the Holy is calling you to do, embrace it in full, for it will be the very best life for you.
