The Book of Liberty
Grounding: Twenty-Nine
To admit that people have been insulted, hurt, injured, verbally and emotionally abused, manipulated, and irrevocably harmed by those who profess to know the Love of God/the Holy is deeply painful.
We do our best to make it through this world without causing misery to others, yet it is so easy to find ourselves getting in the way of Love being made known through us.
The capacity to corrupt the image of God/the Holy in ourselves and others is part of the human condition.
Trust your feelings when in the presence of preachers and prophets rather than what they tell you to believe, especially when it comes to knowing God/the Holy and yourself.
The one unalterable and unsurpassable Truth about God/the Holy is that Love is Unconditional.
God/the Holy makes no demands on us other than to love others the same way we are loved - unconditionally.
Do not judge.
Do not tear down.
Do not build yourself up in order to justify your perceived righteousness.
Any destructive force or influence is not grounded in the Love of God/the Holy.
While there are times when correction is needed, this must be done in a Loving and Compassionate manner; this is the Way of God/the Holy.
If we leave someone lacking Love, Joy, Peace, or Freedom, then we cannot claim to be acting on behalf of God/the Holy.
We cannot control the responses of others toward us.
Some have been told lies that are difficult to let go of.
They don’t realise these are lies.
They don’t realise these are untruths.
These lies are used as weapons.
Trust that Truth will always be made known and that God/the Holy does the work needing to be done in other people's lives to bring them into a Full Knowledge of this.
When it comes to knowing the Truth, hold this loosely.
Do not demand to know the Way and the Truth about anyone’s life when it comes to the work of God/the Holy in them.
Just look for the fruit of Love, Joy, Peace, and Freedom.
If we see evidence of these in someone’s life, then we can presume their life is in alignment with the Will of God/the Holy.
We are fragile beings and so easily broken.
Hold each other gently, carefully, and tenderly in Love.
Always be thankful for each person you get to share the earth with, even your enemies.
We are all Wonderful Ones. Thank each other often.
